A one-of-a-kind reinterpretation of the iconic Mars Attacks visual universe, translated into handcrafted leather artworks.

The project is based on a design by Ken Morgan (@kemostudios), created for the 2023 Comic-Con limited edition poster series (150 units). Through a material-driven approach, the artwork is deconstructed and rebuilt using premium napa leather, transforming a graphic piece into a tactile, dimensional object.

Each panel is meticulously handcrafted, combining layered leather cuts, precise stitching, and bold color composition to preserve the original visual intensity while introducing depth, texture, and craftsmanship.

Mounted on fluorescent yellow methacrylate, the pieces create a striking contrast between pop culture aesthetics and contemporary material execution.
